The box jumps and power cleans in Wednesday's WOD reminded me of this video from earlier in the year... Bro-Reps!

WOD for 08-13-14:

3-Postion Power Clean (floor, knee, mid-hang):
1-1-1-1-1

-then-

4 Rounds for Max Reps:
Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs
Box Jump @ 24/20 in
Row for Calories

There is 40 seconds of work per movement followed by 20 seconds of rest/transition time before the next movement. There is 1 minute rest between rounds.
