A Few Updates & Reminders

Men at Work
Construction work will be ongoing for several weeks on Cesar Chavez and Connecticut Streets, mainly affecting traffic around the 12pm and 4pm classes.  Please try to allow a bit of extra time to find parking if you're planning on attending a 4pm or 12pm class - and remember that you can park in the driveways of AR South or AR North but cannot block any of the other driveways on the block.  Thanks for your patience while the city completes their work.

Lurong Living Paleo Challenge Benchmark WOD 2
Many of you did benchmark WOD 1 last Friday and/or benchmark WOD 3 on Tuesday - a friendly reminder that benchmark WOD 2 will be programmed for this Friday (Sep 26th).  If you're formally entered in the Paleo Challenge please plan on attending class on Friday so you can complete the workout and get an official score to submit (sumission deadline for all 3 bechmark WODs is Sep 29th).  If by chance you cannot make it to the gym on Friday you may make-up the WOD during Sunday Open Gym, but please procure a buddy to judge for you if possible.

Thursday Evening (Sep 25th) Yoga Cancelled
We've had to cancel this Thursday's yoga class, but it will be back on next Thursday (Oct 2nd) at it's normal 7pm time.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
