PATS Finals: Good Luck Coach Sarah!

REMINDER: Come out and support Lisa "L-Rex" and Kate "The Flying Squirrel" at the Max's Gym Open on Sunday!

Good luck to Coach Sarah who competes at the Power Athlete Team Series Finals ("The War") in Costa Mesa on Saturday.  She will re-join her teammates Katie Hogan, Jesse Burdick, and Ian Droze on "Team Salad" in the quest to find the world's most powerful athletes.

The competition will once again include power clean 1RM in its programming, so we're hoping for another day like the one she had at one of our Gladiators classes last month:

WOD for 10-11-14:

4 Rounds for Max Reps:
Deadlift @ 185/125 lbs
Wall Ball @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft
Row for Calories
Dumbbell/Kettlebell Push Press @ 35/25 lbs

There is 40 seconds of work per movement with 20 seconds of rest/transition time between movements.  There is 1 minute of rest between rounds.  Score is total reps of all movements.
