AR's 12 Days of CrossFit

If you've been with us for a couple of years now you may be familiar with some of the traditional holiday WODs we program.  Here is our version of the "12 Days of CrossFit."  Enjoy!

WOD for 12-14-14:

"The Arena Ready Twelve Days of CrossFit"
For Time, Performed Like The Song*:
1 Run, 200m
2 Power Snatch @ 135/95 lbs
3 Power Clean @ 135/95 lbs
4 Handstand Push-up
5 Kettlebell Swing @ 53/35 lbs
6 Box Jump @ 30/24 in
7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-up
8 Wall Ball @ 20/14 lbs
9 Double Under
10 Pistol, alternating
11 Burpee
12 Thruster @ 135/95 lbs

This workout is completed like the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas." Start with 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc until reaching 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

(Compare to 12-24-13 and 12-24-12)
