Tees, Tanks & Sweatshirts

We've received several inquiries about another order of tees, tanks & sweatshirts.  We wanted to let you know that we'll be placing another order in the coming weeks, so those of you who would like to get in on some AR gear (or add to your collection) will have the opportunity to do so.  Stay tuned and we'll get you more info regardng pre-orders as we prepare for the next round of Arena Ready threads!

WOD for 02-04-15:

SKill Focus:
Row Technique

Every 3 Minutes for 6 Rounds (18 Minutes):
Row 250m
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 Handstand Push-up
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 Chest-to-Bar Pull-up

The reps for Handstand Push-ups and Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups start at 8 and increase by 1 each round.  If you cannot complete the work within the 3-minute round, you must go back down by 1 rep on both movements for the next round and attempt to hold that number throughout the rest of the workout (i.e. you can no longer increase with each round).  If you cannot complete the work again, you must continue to go back down by 1 rep on both movements on the next round.
