Lost & Found: Claim Your Stuff!

The Lost & Found bin at the gym is getting quite voluminous.  A quick survey of the contents this week revealed some really nice stuff, so some of you may be missing key wardrobe items that you once cherished.  Please make sure to take a peek next time you're in the gym to make sure none of the goods are yours.  We will be donating the contents at the end of next week, so get on it friends!     

WOD for 02-14-15:

3 Rounds for Quality:
5 Thruster (climbing)
5 Strict Pull-up OR Ring Row
Run 200m (easy, medium, hard)

-then-

"Fran Your Swolemate"
AMRAP 12 Minutes, With a Partner:

PARTNER A:
Run 400m
-while-
PARTNER B:
15 Thruster @ 95/65 lbs
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-up

One partner runs while the other completes the couplet, then switch.  This is scored continuously by total rounds of the couplet completed (plus any reps in the final partial round).
