The Choice of America

by Rob on April 15th, 2015

I intentionally stay away from discussing politics on this blog, so as not to fill this forum - which is intended to bring us together - with thoughts that may push us apart.  That said, and in light of the recent news headlines which have pushed Hillary Clinton to the forefront of our political consciousness, I wanted to share an eye-opening piece which celebrates what was once (and may still be) a unifying staple in some of our lives.  One that reaches across party lines to tug at the very heart of what brings all of us together - the ability to choose our destiny.

It's the choice of America.  It's my answer to Wednesday's QoD (I later rescinded my original answer of Taco Bell).  It was a shining beacon of joy and celebration in my childhood (and in my case the emphasis was on "hood").
I choose Sizzler.

That was the longest political commercial ever.
