Masters Qualifier Events Announced!

The CrossFit Games Masters Qualifier Events have been announced, and Kim is ready to tackle them head on!  On Thursday evening, just hours after the announcement, she took on Event 1 and turned in a gutsy performance.  We're looking forward to screaming our heads off in support as she completes the remainder of the workouts over the next several days.  She's joining the rest of the Worldwide Top 200 in her division in competing for a spot to the big show in July.  

Kim will be doing Events 2 and 3 on Friday evening starting around 6:30pm, and she would love to have a bunch of AR supporters to cheer her on, so come on by the gym and show our gal some love!  Additionally, if anyone is interested in doing Event 3 along with her we're sure she'd like the company:

Each cycle is 90 seconds of work, and there is 90 seconds of rest between cycles.  Score is total calories rowed.
