Working hard in the gym but looking to take things to the next level?  Need some help getting info on how to dial-in your diet?  Want a framework from which you can start building a better base of nutrition?

Come on by for Coach Sarah's Nutritional Foundations Talk on Thursday evening at 7pm!

Event 1 of the 2015 CrossFit Games Regionals is the hero WOD "Randy."  We'll be doing the workout in class on Thursday, and then cheering on Coach Sarah as she tackles it in a couple of weeks at the California Super Regional.
