Schedule During The California "Super" Regional

As many of you are already aware, the CrossFit Games California "Super" Regional takes place next weekend at the Del Mar Arena.  A couple dozen Arena Ready members, and nearly the entire AR coaching staff, will be making the trip down to the San Diego area to watch one of the year's most competitive CrossFit events and to cheer on our very own Coach Sarah.

In light of this big event, which also coincides with Memorial Day weekend, we will be running a limited evening class schedule at the end of next week, and will be closed from May 23rd - 25th (Saturday through Monday).  Please note:

Thursday, May 21st:
Normal class schedule, except for 7pm class which is cancelled

Friday, May 22nd:
Normal class schedule, except for 6pm class which is cancelled

Saturday - Monday, May 23rd - 25th:
Gym Closed

Tuesday, May 26th:
Normal class schedule resumes

During the weekend we'll be posting WODs (for Saturday and Monday) which you can do at home and/or outside at a public park, recreation space, or track.

WOD for 05-15-15:

Three 2:30 Rounds, Each for Max Reps:
Row 500m, then
Max Reps of Hand Release Push-ups
(Rest 2:30)

Each round is 2:30 of work, followed by 2:30 of rest. Score is total number of hand release push-ups.
