Less Than 5 Days 'til "Randy"

Eleven days ago we tackled the classic hero WOD "Randy" in class, and this weekend some of you may have marveled at the speed with which the first two Regional competitions' athletes performed the same workout.  And while we discussed the reality of athletes at this level (and in this context) forgoing perfect technique in the name of pure speed, we must admit that some of the performances were amazing nonetheless.

Here's a highlight reel of "Randy" at the Atlantic and South Regionals.  Less than five days until Event 1 "Randy" at the California Regional - get excited!

For Time:
10 Strict Pull-ups
20 Deadlifts @ 185/125 lbs
30 Lateral Bar Burpees
400m Sprint
