We just had to partner-up again, for a second day in a row... celebrate marriage EQUALITY!

Happy Pride Weekend, all!

WOD for 06-27-15:

"Partner Running Morrison"
For Time, With a Partner:
Run 800m, then...
50-40-30-20-10
Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft
Box Jumps @ 24/20 in
Kettlebell Swings @ 53/35 lbs

Partners must run together (both athletes complete 800m simultaneously), and work cannot begin on wall balls until both athletes have finished the run.  The reps for wall balls, box jumps, and kettlebell swings are shared and may be divided/split in any fashion.  Step-ups are allowed today, and not considered scaling.
