Please review the video and be prepared for Coach Hillary's warm-up routine on Saturday morning.  Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Don't act like you didn't have those parachute pants or biker shorts back in the day.  It's ok, we all make questionable fashion statements at one point or another.  I still do now when I show up to dinner at a nice restaurant wearing "dressy" sweats and my "not for working out" tank top. 

WOD for 07-11-15:

5 Rounds, Each For Time @ 135/95 lbs:
5 Power Cleans
10 Front Squats
5 Push Jerks
20 Pull-ups

Rest 1:30 between rounds.
