Set Your DVR!

by Arena Ready on July 21st, 2015

Final reminder to set your DVR to record the television airing of Coach Sarah and the San Francisco Fire versus The Phoenix Rise in the National Pro GRID League's most exciting 2015 match yet!

The match will air on NBC Sports Network at 3:30pm on Wednesday, July 22.  In San Francisco this is Comcast channel 723 (sorry, I'm not sure what the local U-Verse or Direct TV channel is, but I'm sure you can find it in the channel guide if you have your standard sports package).

We will be watching the match upstairs in the lounge at Arena Ready, so if you're around come on by and check it out with us before you work out at 5pm or 6pm (or even if you're taking a rest day)!   As noted earlier this week Wednesday's 4pm class is cancelled so that we can geek out on some competitive exercise.

If you can't make it to AR to watch, or don't have a DVR or cable/satellite TV, you can watch online - just have that spreadsheet open on your computer too, so you can hit Alt+Tab when your boss walks by your desk:

While on the subject of exciting competitive exercise, the CrossFit Games are now underway with the Teens and Masters Divisions - with the Individuals and Teams to start on Wednesday as well.  You can catch all of the action live via web stream (and also watch archived coverage) on the CrossFit Games website.

Don't forget we'll be hosting a CrossFit Games Viewing Party this Saturday and Sunday afternoon at Arena Ready following our morning classes. Another reminder to come at the end of the week!
