National Pro GRID League
Coach Sarah reported to GRID Training Camp on Monday, and she and the San Francisco Fire will be working hard in preparation for their next match against the Miami Surge on August 22nd in Anaheim.

Tickets for the next SF Fire home match versus the LA Reign (which will take place on August 29th at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton) are still available!  You can buy discounted tickets here as a part of "Team Sarah" and join your Arena Ready buddies to watch some NPGL action live and up close:

2015 USA Weightlifting National Championships
As if that's not enough on her plate, Sarah will also be taking a quick break from GRID training camp to compete at the 2015 USA Weightlifting National Championships in Dallas this weekend.

The two-time National medalist and two-time American medalist will take the competition platform on Sunday, August 16th, and we will post more information toward the end of this week regarding live streaming the event.  The current scheduled session start time is 3:30pm PDT, and we'll update you if anything changes.

WOD for 08-11-15:

In Teams of Three...

3 Rounds For Time:
90 Calorie Row*
30 Deadlifts @ 225/155 lbs
60 Box Jumps @ 24/20 in

*One athlete MUST be in a static deadlift hold at the top of lock-out (hips and knees fully extended) in order for another athlete to accumulate row calories.  If the static deadlift bar drops the row MUST STOP immediately and cannot resume until a deadlift bar is once again at the top of lock-out.

The reps for all three movements are shared, with one athlete working at a time (not including the athlete holding the static deadlift during the row).
