Yoga at Arena Ready: Sundays @ 10am

A reminder, especially for our newer members - Ritu runs a weekly Sunday yoga class at 10am, which is FREE for Arena Ready members.  Come on in and get your yoga on!

From Ritu herself:

Become a mindful athlete and improve performance. Yoga means union. Integration of the mind, body, and breath. When these three aspects of our bodies unite and work together efficiently, we can generate massive amounts of power to do anything.
 
This class is all levels and  will focus on alignment, mobility, breath, coordination and concentration.  All bodies (flexible and inflexible) are welcome!
Constantly varied. Functional movement.
Performed at relatively low intensity.
With awareness.

Be sure to take advantage of this fantastic class - it's a great opportunity to ask questions, try yoga for the first time in a comfortable environment, and hang out with (or make new) AR friends.

Please be sure to sign-in (as with any class) in order to save your spot, and bring a mat if you have one!

WOD for 08-27-15:

Every 90 Seconds for 10 Rounds:
Power Clean + Squat Clean
Climbing

-then-

AMRAP 7 Minutes:
5 Box Jumps @ 30/24 in
3 Power Cleans @ 225/155 lbs
