WOD for 09-18-15:

Back Squat:
1-3-1-5-1-3-1

Goal is to increase the load with each of the four singles, ending on the heaviest single.  An example of approximate percentages for this rep scheme could be (this will vary by athlete):
1x80% - 3x75% - 1x85% - 5x70% - 1x90% - 3x75% - 1x95% 


-then-

Weighted Plank Hold:
3 x 1:30

Rest 2:00 between sets.
