Singles to Doubles

For those of you still working on your double unders, here's a video we've posted previously that may help your progress.  Get those ropes ready for Thursday - sorry folks, those double under workouts just won't go away, no matter how hard some of you wish they would!

WOD for 09-24-15:

Back Squat:
18 minutes for a heavy triple

-then-

3 Rounds for Time:
400m Run
20 Kettlebell Swings @ 70/53 lbs
40 Double Unders
