Bridge To Bridge Run

A big shout out and congrats to our Arena Ready athletes who participated in the 2015 Bridge to Bridge Run to benefit Special Olympics.  It's always great to see our folks taking their fitness outside and having fun applying it for a great cause!

WOD for 10-05-15:

EMOM for 10 Minutes:
1 Front Squat
Across

-then-

For Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5
Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft

This workout follows the rep sequence of 10-5-9-5-8-5-7-5... etc... 2-5-1-5.  The C2B pull-ups decrease by one rep every round but the wall balls are always 5 reps.
