GRID Fan? Vote for NPGL Awards!

Attention GRID fans - on the heels of the announcement of the 2015 All-GRID Team, the NPGL is also allowing fans to vote for several other awards for the 2015 season.  If you'd like to vote you can click here for more information on the awards, and then click here and fill out the voting form

Coach Sarah and a couple of her San Francisco Fire teammates are up for a few awards (including "Women's Power Duo" and "Female Barbell Mover") - the voting ends on Monday, October 12th at 9am Pacific Time.  If you watched any or all of the matches this year (or even if you only caught some of the highlights) feel free to cast your vote!

5 Sets of (1+2)

Back Squat:
1x10

This is one work set of ten reps.  The athlete may choose his/her warm-up sets, but we recommend using three to four sets of 5 reps (climbing in load) to find the correct working weight.
