The No, No, No Squat

Last Sunday Max's Gym graciously hosted several Arena Ready weightlifters (along with dozens of other PWA athletes) at their fantastic Max's Gym Open Championship.  Here's our buddy Max himself with an old-school video which may provide some squat motivation for Friday.

This is his famous NO, NO, NO squat of ‚Äč550 pounds (technically 551 pounds).  No belt.  No knee wraps/sleeves. NO HANDS.
‚ÄčKids, don't try at that home (or at Arena Ready)!
