Good, 'Cause I'll Take Anything

When you're fit and ready for anything, you and a partner can tackle just abut any situation life (or, in the case of Saturday's traditional SweatFest, Arena Ready) throws at you.  

Some athletes like "Cindy" (AMRAP 20 Min of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats) and others prefer "Grace" (30 clean & jerks for time at 135/95 lbs).  Some guys like brunettes, and others have always had a thing for blondes.  Whatever the case may be, have a plan, stick to the plan, and encourage each other to do the best you can. 
Whatever you do, don't give up (on us, baby).  

WOD for 10-17-15:

"Starsky & Hutch"
AMRAP 20 Minutes With a Partner:

PARTNER A ("Starsky") completes...
400m Run


PARTNER B ("Hutch") completes AMRAP of...
1 Round of "Cindy"
5 Power Clean & Jerks @ 135/95 lbs

-then partners switch-

1 Round of "Cindy" is:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

​Partner A runs 400m while Partner B completes AMRAP of the couplet of "Cindy" and clean & jerks, then partners switch.  Score is total rounds of the couplet completed, with the teams scoring continuously (one partner picks up exactly where the last partner left off).
