Fall's New Faces

You may notice a few new faces in the gym, as we have several new members who have on-boarded during our Fall intake of athletes.  Since we only take on a handful of new members every several months as spaces become available, these will likely be the last new folks you'll meet before the new year.  So, say hello and get to know them a bit when you're in class together - just please also make sure to pay attention and listen to your coaches while doing so, haha. 

We all know what it was like to start CrossFit (and maybe even what our first workout was), so be your awesome selves and make our new athletes feel welcome as they join the Arena Ready family!
None of our Fall new faces are actually pictured here (heh), but we fully expect them to be in the next series of these silly post-Open shots come Spring!

WOD for 10-21-15:

3 Rounds for Max Reps:
Row for Calories
​AbMat Sit-ups
Burpees
Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Power Snatches @ 55/45 lbs
Ring Push-ups

There is 40 seconds per movement with 20 seconds of rest/transition time between movements.  There is 1 minute of rest between rounds.  Score is total reps completed across the 3 rounds.
