WOD for 10-25-15:

"Run D(M)T"
5 Rounds for Time* @ 155/105 lbs:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

*You must complete a 200m run at 3-2-1 GO as well as every 3 minutes thereafter (i.e run 200m at 0:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, etc.) until you have completed 5 rounds of the barbell triplet.
