Halloween Teams Sweatin To The Oldies

Happy Halloween!  As we posted about earlier this week, we'll be running a sweaty Saturday team special - and, as inspired by Stacey W. herself, we're looking forward to seeing some "workout genre" or "workout era" costumes if you have 'em!  If you have another costume already, and it doesn't fit the bill, feel free to wear that instead.  Just be prepared to sweat (to the oldies?)...    
Taylor seems to be ready to do so...
Some things can't be unseen.
Also, 80s pop star, Tiffany, came in to workout at AR on Friday since she can't make it in on Saturday...

WOD for 10-31-15:

2 Rounds for Time:
400m Run (together)
60 Calorie Row
60 Burpees Over Rower
80 Kettlebell Swings @ 62/44 lbs
80 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft

All movements (EXCEPT for the run) may be split/shared/partitioned in any fashion by the team, however all three athletes must run together for each 400m run.  The row cannot start until all three athletes have completed the run.
