The Kipping Toes-to-Bar: A Re-Visit

​We posted this video a while back but it's worth sharing again for those of you still working on toes-to-bar (and who isn't?). Here's Chris Spealler, who Coach Sarah used to work with on the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff, talking through some efficiency tips for the kipping toes-to-bar movement:
Power Supply Tuesday Tasting for AR Members
On Tuesday evening the good folks at Power Supply will be hosting a tasting at Arena Ready from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, offering our members samples of their healthy & delicious meals which will be available for delivery/pick-up from the gym in the coming months.

Back Squat:
8-6-4-2
Climbing

If possible, add 5-10 lbs to your set of 2 from 10-20-15.

400m Run
12 Toes-to-Bar
21 Box Jumps @ 24/20 in
