Run TMC

So, I finally wear my "Run TMC" socks on Tuesday and Zach doesn't even come in to the gym.  

​Old school Warriors fans remember the entertaining teams of the early 1990s, led by Timmy, Mitch, and Chris... and since there were so many sports fans in the gym on Tuesday who weren't familiar with "Run TMC" I thought I'd post a little piece on the trio of legendary Dubs players, courtesy of ESPN.

Plus, I mean really, I can listen to Chris Mullin talk all day long...
For those non-sports fans our there, at least you'll know what hell those socks are the next time I wear them.  GO SPORTS BALL!

WOD for 11-04-15:

Every 90 Seconds for 7 Rounds:
2 Push Presses
Climbing

"No Beans"
6 Rounds For Time @ 115/75lbs (no rack):
10 Deadlifts 
10 Push Presses
10 Lateral Bar Burpees
