Saturday: Liftoff Event 3

We had a TON of snatch and clean & jerk PRs in the gym on Friday - nice work, all!

As mentioned previously, during Saturday classes we will be doing the CrossFit Liftoff Event 3 - an AMRAP of snatches, clean & jerks, C2B pull-ups, and double unders.  Please remember that ALL Arena Ready members are welcome and encouraged to come in on Saturday to do this workout, regardless of whether or not you're officially doing the Liftoff!  If you're not registered in the Liftoff then this will simply be a fun WOD for you to perform in class and record your progress.

If you are officially entered in the Liftoff (i.e. you registered on the Liftoff site and paid CrossFit your entry fee), please make sure you are familiar with the rules and movement standards - a video covering both is posted below for your viewing and reference.  Only athletes who are officially entered have to weigh-in (we can use the digital scale at the gym), and only athletes who are in the worldwide running for a prize have to record the events on video (so 99% of us can just ignore the rules about how to video/record the events).
Finally, yes there is a scaled version of this WOD and we will also provide our own Arena Ready scaling for athletes who need guidance on how to adjust the workout and maintain as much of the intended stimulus as possible.

We'll be back to our proprietary Arena Ready "Saturday Sweatfest" WODs next weekend, so don't fret if this particular one is not your jam.  Have a great weekend, folks!

3 Snatches @ 135/105 lbs
6 Clean & Jerks
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
54 Double Unders
