​Thank you to those who have served (including some of our wonderful athletes at Arena Ready), and to those currently serving - may you return home safely.

We are running a full class schedule on Veteran's Day, so we hope to see you all in the gym!

Box Jumps @ 24/20 in
​Ring Dips
Hang Power Snatches @ 95/65 lbs

This is 0:40 (forty seconds) of work per movement, with 0:20 of rest/transition time in-between movements. There is 1:20 rest in-between rounds. Score is total repetitions across all four rounds.
