Partner Pull-ups

... and running, and box jumps, and wall balls, oh my...
Flying Squirrel and Mitchdog partner up for some planks.  

WOD for 11-14-15:

"Sharing is Caring"
5 Rounds for Time, With a Partner:
400m Run
20 Pull-ups
25 Box Jumps @ 24/20 in
30 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft

Only one partner working at a time (one works while the other rests). All movements are shared in any fashion the team wishes. Step-ups to the box are allowed and are NOT considered scaling today.
