What a great turnout for our 4th annual Thanksgiving Day WOD at Arena Ready!  Thanks to all those who came out to share their holiday with us - we hope you recovered with a wonderful meal among family and friends.
And now back to lifting weights.  Or doing cardio.  Or, well I guess, all of the above...
