Thank You. And Please.

BodySpec Feedback: THANK YOU!
Our 3-month follow-up visit from the folks at BodySpec gave many people a chance to re-test their DXA scan after an original scan in September, and others an opportunity to receive a scan for the first time as a baseline.

The staff at BodySpec was, once again, extremely complimentary of our Arena Ready members, starting that by far and away our people are the friendliest, most positive, most enthusiastic group they've worked with in quite a while.  They also noted that the progress made by those re-testing was incredible relative to what they normally see - many of our people saw body composition and statistical improvements 3-5% above what they generally observe on their 3-month follow-up visits to other gyms (which apparently is a HUGE difference relative to the norm).

We'd love to hear feedback from you about your BodySpec results, to give you high fives when you lost 8 pounds of fat but no muscle, for example (yes, this is a true story!), and to answer any questions you may have about your progress.  We want you to achieve all of your goals, not just the ones in the gym, so please reach out to us if we can help you be more effective in your nutrition strategy.

Great work everyone, and THANK YOU so much for being your awesome selves!  We appreciate you every day, and are thankful we have such an awesome community of members.

If You're Sick Stay Home (and Feel Better Soon): PLEASE!
Tis the season of colds and sickness, and some of us have already been hit with some nasty sneezes and coughs.  As a gym we're pretty good about most everyone coming in consistently to work out, and we're grateful to have a membership that generally frowns on excuses.  You guys and gals are pretty badass in that regard, which is likely responsible for the awesomeness mentioned above in the BodySpec post.

That said (man, there's that phrase... haha), if you are sick or know that you're getting sick PLEASE stay home and rest.  And, of course, feel better soon.  Coming in to the gym and exposing everyone around you to what you have is a good way to take a bunch of people out of commission for a while - so take some time off (hopefully it won't be too much) and focus on getting healthy again ASAP.

Thanks for your consideration!
