Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes on Friday.  I hope you all have a great year in 2016, and we're thankful that Arena Ready gets to play a part in it.

Deadlift:
15 minutes for a heavy double

AMRAP 14 Minutes:
1000m Run
50 Toes-to-Bar
40 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft
30 Deadlifts @ 185/125 lbs
20 Muscle-ups
