No, I just did a team workout at my gym.  Like an hour ago.  It's sweat.

WOD for 01-16-16:

In Teams of Three Athletes, For Time:
100 Calorie Row
100 Box Jumps @ 24/20 in
100 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft
50 Power Clean & Jerks @ 135/95 lbs
100 Wall Balls
100 Box Jumps 
100 Calorie Row

One athlete working at a time.  Split the reps however your team sees fit.
