Pleasant (PR) Surprises

There were several unintentional front squat PRs on Tuesday (it's fun when you realize you're getting stronger even on a non "testing" day), along with some long overdue double under PRs as well!  

Will Wednesday see a few muscle-up PRs, like we witnessed last week?

6 Hang Power Cleans @ 155/105 lbs
6 Push Jerks @ 155/105 lbs
200m Run
